Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Simplefem AI Movie Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Simplefem Studio is an AI-assisted production tool that generates scripts, character bibles, scene breakdowns, image prompts, and video prompts based on inputs you provide. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or content that requires human review before publication.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free-credit bonuses is prohibited and may result in clawback of credits and account suspension.

4. Credits and payments

The Service operates on a pre-paid credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate AI outputs. Credit costs per generation are shown in the app before you confirm. Credits from one-time packs do not expire while your account is active. Subscription credits are granted each billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to Stripe's terms. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, request, or distribute:

• Content that sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual acts.
• Content that targets a real, identifiable person for harassment, defamation, or deepfake-style impersonation.
• Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or trademarks.
• Malware, spam, phishing material, or content used to defraud others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without refund, at our discretion.

6. Ownership of outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the underlying AI model providers' terms, you own the outputs you generate from your own inputs and may use them for personal or commercial projects. We do not claim copyright over your generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property & Copyright — User Obligations

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that all content they generate, download, publish, distribute, or monetize through the Platform does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. SIMPLEFEM Studios International does not pre-screen or review individual user prompts or the content produced in response to them. By submitting a prompt on the Platform, the user warrants that: (a) the prompt does not knowingly request the reproduction or simulation of any third-party intellectual property; (b) the user has the legal right to request and use the generated content for their intended purpose; and (c) the user will not publish or monetize generated content that reproduces any copyrighted character, trademarked image, or protected intellectual property without the express written consent of the rights holder. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SIMPLEFEM Studios International, its founder, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the user's violation of these obligations. SIMPLEFEM Studios International reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found to be generating or distributing infringing content. 7. AI output disclaimer

Generated outputs are provided "as is". AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable content. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before using them publicly or commercially. We make no warranty that outputs are original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (including AI model providers), or rate limits may cause temporary disruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplefem Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. Unused credits are non-transferable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
