Simplefem Studio runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides the underlying hosting, database, authentication, and storage infrastructure. The Simplefem team is responsible for the app itself: product features, business logic, access rules, and the content shown to you. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the inputs you submit to the app.

Accounts use email and password, or Google sign-in. Passwords are never stored by the app — authentication is handled by our backend provider and only a session token reaches your browser. Each account can only read and modify its own projects, credits, and billing data; these rules are enforced server-side at the database layer (row-level security), not just in the UI.

We store the data needed to run your account and projects:

• Account info: email, display name, sign-in identifier.
• Project content you create: scripts, scene breakdowns, generated clip metadata.
• Credit balance and a history of credit transactions.
• Subscription status if you subscribe (managed via our payment provider).
• A hashed device fingerprint at sign-up, used only to detect duplicate-account abuse of the free-credit bonus.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted checkout — they never touch Simplefem servers and we do not store card numbers. We receive only the information needed to grant credits and manage your subscription (customer ID, subscription status, invoice identifiers).

The app uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• AI model providers — used to generate movie scripts, scene breakdowns, and clips from the prompts you submit.

We use the minimum cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. This page does not describe any additional analytics or advertising trackers; if that changes we will update this section.

Your projects and account data are retained while your account is active. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the address below and we will action the request. Some records (such as billing history) may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.

To report a security issue, request data deletion, or ask a privacy question, contact the Simplefem Studio team via the account address on file. Please do not include sensitive credentials in the initial message.
