Simplefem Club Content Policy

Introduction

SIMPLEFEM Studios International is committed to building a creative community that is original, lawful, and grounded in respect for intellectual property rights. The Simplefem Club Content Policy sets out the standards that all users must follow when using the AI-powered tools, services, and community features of the Simplefem Club platform. This policy exists to protect you as a creator, to protect SIMPLEFEM Studios International as a platform provider, and to ensure that the content produced through our tools does not harm third-party rights holders. All users are expected to read, understand, and comply with this policy as a condition of access.

Content You May Generate

SIMPLEFEM Studios International encourages and supports the creation of:

  • ●Fully original characters and stories with no reference to existing copyrighted IP
  • ●AI-generated content based on original physical descriptions that do not reproduce any protected character or real person's likeness
  • ●Content inspired by cultural traditions, folklore, mythologies, or public domain source material
  • ●Original music, audio, and audiovisual productions generated using Platform tools
  • ●Educational or commentary content that is clearly transformative and legally defensible under applicable fair use or fair dealing provisions

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited. Users found generating, uploading, sharing, or distributing prohibited content will be subject to account suspension or permanent termination.

Copyrighted Characters & Fictional IP
Do not generate content that reproduces or imitates any character protected by active copyright or trademark, including all Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., Looney Tunes, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Cartoon Network, Netflix Animation, Studio Ghibli, anime, manga, children's television, and video game characters.
Real Persons' Likenesses
Do not generate realistic visual depictions of any real, identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures, politicians, athletes, or private individuals — without documented consent.
Trademarked Brands & Commercial IP
Do not generate content featuring recognizable corporate logos, brand marks, registered trademarks, or product designs that could create consumer confusion or imply endorsement.
Harmful, Violent, or Exploitative Content
Do not generate sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content, or any content that violates applicable law.

Enforcement

SIMPLEFEM Studios International does not pre-moderate individual prompts in real time. Upon receiving a credible report of a violation, we may issue a warning, remove infringing content, suspend or permanently terminate the user's account without refund, and report serious violations to relevant rights holders or law enforcement where required.
